I had a great experience at this hotel, especially enjoying the proximity to Ray Harrell Nature Park just about 4 km away and the Military History Museum less than 4 km from my room, providing an amazing way to explore the local landscape and history during my stay as a single traveler.

The staff were understanding and tried their best to assist me in a stressful situation. They offered suggestions for alternate hotels initially, which demonstrated a willingness to help.

I faced significant issues with room availability upon my arrival.
